From time to time, students may desire some special instruction separate from the group class setting. This may be to enhance or deepen a specific pose, or more frequently, to focus on poses and sequences to address a certain physical condition or ailment. Yoga has a lot to offer in the arena of helping us feel better and if we are suffering from the effects of injury or a flare up of some condition, a series of private lessons may be a good way to get the specific attention we need to better recover. Clients come to us with a variety of issues such as neck, shoulder, low back, sciatica, arthritis, anxiety/depression, insomnia, poor balance, wrists, hips, and knees (the list goes on, but you get the idea). With our Great Yoga Wall equipment and broad variety of yoga props available, Morning Calm is likely your best option for learning yoga in Pima County.
